Yoshimi Hofmann
Practitioner
Yoshimi is a qualified naturopath having completed Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy).
Naturopathy treatment supports your health from many angles by looking at the whole person, not just the symptoms. It can also support you with herbal remedies, supplements and dietary and lifestyle advice in a way that is personal to you.
Yoshimi is passionate about improving her patients’ quality of life by providing an alternative approach to support them so that a wide range of physical and emotional elements are addressed.
In addition to naturopathy, she is also practicing Reiki healing. This will allow Yoshimi’s approach to include both natural therapy and mindfulness aspects in supporting her clients’ overall wellbeing.
Yoshimi is originally from Japan and has been a Blue Mountains local living with her husband and daughter. The stunning local environment inspired me to pursue a career in natural therapies.
